Founder
Benique Smith is the founder of Greater Changes Center. Mrs. Smith devoted Wife, Mother and graduate of Benedict College in Columbia, SC. She originally from Miami, FL and currently reside in Charlotte, NC. Previously, Mrs. Smith lived in Jacksonville Florida and worked in Law Enforcement with Jacksonville Sheriff Office for 14 years. She is motivated in helping others and very passionate when it comes to helping others make the right choices in life. She believes in trusting and putting God in every plan in order to succeed.
Nancy Stevenson
President
Nancy Stevenson is originally from Miami, FL and currently resides in Miami, FL. She had worked for Telecommunications for 15 years, within her time there she served in several leadership positions and has provided training to new individuals. Nancy is a quick thinker and devoted daughter, aunt, sister and friend.
Trevor J. Walker
Vice President
Trevor J. Walker is a devoted Husband, Father, Retired Navy Veteran, Author, and graduate of Jacksonville University. He’s originally from Tampa, Florida and currently resides in Jacksonville, Florida.
Miss Mckenzie
Treasurer
Miss Mckenzie is a finance professional with over 10+ years of direct finance experience. She holds a MBA from Strayer University with a concentration in Finance. She is an expert in advising business executives to achieve financial goals and growth targets. Accomplished in improving financial operations by introducing robust internal controls, processes and standards. She is a out of the box thinker with excellent interpersonal skills that work to build and maintain strong alliances while motivating teams and driving projects to successful completion.

Tamatha Jackson
Secretary
Tamatha Jackson is a Charlotte Mecklenburg School Educator. She has taught for 18 years in CMS. Ms. Jackson grew up in the small town of Society Hill, SC. She earned her Bachelor of Elementary from Grand Canyon University. Tamatha has a passion for developing young people academically, mentally, and physically. For six years, she serves as Director of Business Operations of the Carolina Defenders. The Carolina Defenders is an AAU basketball organization in the Charlotte area.
Robert Williams
Board Member
Robert Williams originally from Estill, SC and graduate from Benedict College in Columbia, SC. He is one who is very out going and out spoken whenever it comes to what’s cooking on the grill. He worked for Publix as a supervisor for several years in Deil and Bakery Department. Working at Publix is where he begin to create a passion for cooking. Currently he works as a insurance agent and cook part time for special events.
